Dear Friends of Our Lady,
     I am under the impression for some years that a conspiracy of silence has been effectively carried on within the Vatican City against revealing the Third Secret of Fatima of 1917 to the Catholic public.
     So with deep interest I read your last news I received yesterday about the Third Secret of Fatima. I mailed it to a friend of mine in Dublin Ireland today.
     So please mail me a few of Our Lady's Revelations of June 1978 and of Jesus in 1986. Namely, about the Third Secret not yet revealed by Rome.

Dear Veronica:
The following is from a young girl who wrote to the Shrine before. I have translated her letters for you on May 6, 1989:

                Thank you for a miraculous Rosary. It is so beautiful I am not able to express my feeling I had at the opening of this letter. I couldn't sleep most of the night because of this letter. We were opening it with a great solemnity. All of us were greatly touched, because of its contents. My sister and a friend, Zbyszek, couldn't look at that Rosary. The light from it was so strong that their eyes were hurting till the tears came. When I gave Zbyszek this Rosary so he could keep it at his examination, he told me that through the whole examination he had burning pain in his eyes. Do we need more proof?
     I sent out the rose petals from your previous letter with instructions to keep them close to their hearts and believe strongly that they can get back their good health. My aunt cried very much upon receiving it. The other young girl is in the clinic. Both have cancer. My aunt's cancer is not progressing any further at this time. I pray for both of them.
     All of you are so close to Mary when She comes on this earth to bless the whole world. Please mention us before Her throne.
     My sister Agnieszka will receive her first Holy Communion on May 19th. Please offer a prayer in her behalf to God and Mary to keep her in Their care, that she always will have desire to lean towards Them like roses lean to the sun. Mention all our families and people who live next to us without God, who, perhaps hate me. Tell Mary that I forgive them and beg mercy for them. So many thoughts crowd my mind. Should I speak or be quiet? Holy Ghost enlighten me. Blessed Mother console me.
     Before I come to end of this letter, I wish to thank you for your letter and the tape (20th Anniversary of Bayside, June 18, 1990). I was listening to it yesterday and today with my mother, though we didn't understand a word. But our thoughts were with you--at the place which Mary has chosen.
     If it is not too much trouble, please write, what does this Holy ground look like? Where are the faithful seated and where is Veronica in ecstasy.

Dear Workers,
    I am writing for information on "How to" put a billboard poster of O. L. of the R. here in Florida.
    My father was critically ill for 6 months. He was in and out of intensive care at least 6 times. He has had a history of heart problems since he was 36 or 38 years old.
    Eleven years ago he had a triple by-pass and an aneurism (word unclear).
    This year he went into congestive heart-failure; at that point he weighed approximately 220 pounds. His health was critical. After his quadruple by-pass this year the doctors gave him 6 months--a year to live. He is 62 years old. His body began rejecting all medicine. He lost weight down to 143 1/2 pounds. He was not able to even hold water on his stomach. They told us our only hope was a heart transplant.
     I prayed one night over my father and asked Jesus to please give him a miracle and if He couldn't to please help him to carry this heavy cross.
     I wrote a letter to the Vigil of June the 18th 1991. I found a rose petal and placed it under his pillow. From that day on my father has held all of his food down and is now 163 pounds. He is grouchy like he used to be--he even swam 3 laps across the pool 2 weeks ago. He is going shopping and to the beach.
     I believe my father is a receiver of a miracle. I talked with a nurse whom followed his case from beginning to end. She said, "I hope you know your father has received a miracle."
      I am waiting now for the doctors' remarks on this.
      I have promised Jesus and Blessed Mother several things. One was to do the best I could to spread the news of Her apparitions. So please send me information on the billboard poster.
      P.S. on December 8, 1980 I had a Rosary that turned to gold; proved by the jewelers. I sent in acknowledgement then. I would also like to add that I am a CNA. I believe in miracles--I have never seen a person that sick, live.

Dear Friends at Bayside,
     I am a young man living with AIDS. Since I first found your program on TV and radio I have been saying the Rosary daily and encouraging my family and friends to do the same. I was given 3-6 months to live, that was in August of 1987. I am still alive and in very stable health today. My mother, sisters, and aunts, have all returned to wearing a covering and kneeling for Communion at Mass. Thank you so much for the TV and radio ministry from Bayside.
     Can you send rose petals blessed by Jesus and Mary, 2 scapulars, and a Rosary. When you are able can you do a teaching on women being covered (head covering) in Church which we can tape and show to our parish family.

Dearest Veronica and Shrine workers,
     I need a miracle very badly. Speak of me to Jesus and Our Lady of the Roses when They are there one of these days. They know what's wrong with me. Just kindly remind Them to take care of me and the Hostel.
     The Rose Notes are lovely and enriching and very interesting. Congratulations to each of all of you there. I wish N.Y. is near. I'll be there always.
     My white glass Rosary's chain turned gold but not all. Only those inside each bead and the ones that hold the junction medal and through are connected to the Rosary. This happened August 13, 1991 at about 2 p.m. A very big and beautiful miracle was the healing of Mr. Leibman's kidney infection. I hope he'll send his testimony.
     Thank God for past miracles He gave me. I'll be there in spirit on our Blessed Mother's birthday. God bless you all! I love you all!
     Veronica, I'm with you in your sufferings. I know how it feels. I live in a place full of people with different aches and pains. The ones with trouble like yours make me know how things are with you. God chose you for special mission...
     I can imagine the billboards about Bayside in the highways and subways, etc. A simple paper with "Bayside, the Lourdes of America" in it sent me there. It was really God Who brought me there. D.H. had a hand in my visit there. . . through his paper "Faithful."
     Ann, I like what you saw in the sky. She was on the ground when I went there in 1984. Jesus was there, too. They are there always. Congratulations to all of you. You are God's chosen ones with Veronica.
     I treasure my Rosary. I didn't pressure Her to put gold in my Rosary. After reading the Rose Notes about the Jew's Rosary, I gave mine to Our Lady of the Roses' picture. I pressured Her to help me in my trouble. The Rosary is like a "YES" to me. Bye now. Love,

Dear Veronica:
     I am writing to tell you that our family has been blessed by Our Lady of the Roses at Bayside, New York.
     One Saturday afternoon in August 1986 while we were attending benediction at the Shrine of [the ] Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., my wife picked up on the pew a leaflet on the apparitions of Our Lady and Our Lord at Bayside, New York. I don't remember exactly the date of the message but it is about the warning Our Lady gave to the world because of its sin, and much more. I believed immediately that the message had come from Heaven.
    Our first vigil was the eve of the feast of Christ the King in 1986. During the vigil, while praying the Rosary we, together with hundreds of the faithful, saw three luminous doves flying in the sky immediately over our head, first from the left to the right, then from the right to the left. They flew fast like shooting stars.
    Also during the first vigil, my wife complained to Our Lady that she could not kneel for too long because of her backache which she had suffered for three years. Since then her backache was gone.
    We took many miraculous photographs at the vigils particularly at the moments when Our Lord and Our Lady were talking to you. The metal-white links of my two Rosaries also turned into gold color.
    We moved to Los Angeles in July 1987 because of my job. From then on whenever difficulties or problems arose, we immediately called the Shrine to put our petitions at the feet of Our Lady. We could say that Our Lady has accepted virtually all our requests, giving us spiritual as well as temporal favors. In a teaching career at the university, one of our major objectives is tenure. A lot of obstacles were put before us. It was real struggle and, at times, the situation seemed hopeless. In April this year, we asked the Shrine workers to put a petition to Our Lady for this intention. In the end, through much prayer and penance, I was given not only tenure but promotion as well. Many of our friends, through our recommendations, also obtained great favors from Our Lady of the Roses through the Shrine. From experiences like these, we could say, without fear of being contradicted, that Our Lady of the Roses is both merciful and invincible.
     We would like to publicly thank Our Lord and Our Lady for all the graces that we have received through the Shrine. We are also grateful to you for being a victim soul for Heaven. May God bless you and your family abundantly, and we pray that Our Lady's apparitions at Bayside will one day be recognized by the ecclesiastical authorities.

Dear Veronica Lueken,
     I'm writing you these lines, because of the greatest miracle I have had from Jesus and Our Lady of the Roses.
    On July 17, 1991 my daughter was in a big motorcycle accident. Her girl friend took her for a ride and her girl friend lost control and they were thrown on the pavement of the road. My daughter was hurt very badly that she lost on her right side, part of her head, part of her brain, it was such a terrible nightmare. She was in a coma for three weeks. All her head was crushed. Her face and her eyes were all purple. Her legs were swollen and her arms were scraped.
     But on the second day that I went to see her, I started to put the rose petal and prayed over her and blessed her with Holy Water from Our Lady of Fatima. On the fourth day they were going to do her face to repair her nose which was broken and to repair her left side of her face. When the doctor went to do surgery, he came out in one hour, which the surgery was going to take four hours. I asked him what went wrong. He said nothing, that her face was already healing and that all he did was removed tissue under her eye.
     Veronica, please print this story, because I feel Our Lady wants me to let the world know about this miracle and still I am seeing more miracles with my daughter.
      She started to talk three weeks ago. She instantly started to walk. Every day I bless her with the Holy Water from Our Lady of Fatima. And to all of our surprise, my daughter has not lost memories. She seems to know everything. She tells us everything, like if she was a normal person.
      My child is a big miracle. If only more people would believe in Our lady of the Roses and Jesus that there is a very loving God.
      The doctor told us that my child was not going to live. That her brain was going to die within a week or ten days. And besides this, my daughter has one kidney, valley fever and lupus disease.
      Please, Veronica Lueken, tell Jesus and Our Lady of Roses, when you see Them. Tell them Thank You, Jesus and Our Lady for Their blessings and to please give us strength to keep on with these trials.
