This outstanding miraculous photo of Our Lady of the Roses was taken at the Vigil of December 31, 1999 (also the eve of the new Millennium year 2000). You can see Our Lady truly appearing in Her beautiful blue, with hands extended as Our Lady of Grace and turned a bit to the right. The photo was taken of Our Lady's white statue, without a flash, center and close up from her belting up. The statue did not have a cape or crown on during this Rosary Vigil.
